Bulletson continues to be his own worst enemy, missing the start and then flying home, to get beaten by less than the start given away when the gates open. His last 6 runs has seen him placed no further back than 5th, with 2 wins.
Olympic Fame will have her first run this preparation, at Quirindi, on Tuesday, 11th August. Over 1100m, which will be too short for her, we are looking for her to hit the line strongly, before stepping up in distance.
Kiaria has not performed up to standard for a metro horse, and has been moved to our country trainer, Geoff O’Brien, at Quirindi. Better than she has shown in 2 runs back this preparation, she will have her first run for Geoff, on his home track, on Tuesday 11th August.
Ladylovestogamble has not had much luck this preparation, running 4th at Warwick Farm and Gosford, before pulling up sore at Kembla Grange early July. Has recovered and off to Kembla Thursday 6th August, and we are looking for an improved performance.
LADYLOVESTOGAMBLE has completed her 6 week break, and will commence pre training, at Hannover Lodge, on Monday, 13th May. She has done very nicely during her break, Expect to see her back at Warwick Farm, early/mid June.
KIARIA has had 2 educational trials for trainer, Bjorn Baker. Firstly, at Canterbury, over 900m, she left the gates well, travelled and went to the line nicely to run 4th, Next was Randwick, over 1050m, and she jumped well again, settled just off the speed, and allowed to go to the line, under her own […]
OLYMPIC FAME, with our Country trainer, Geoff O’Brien, is being readied for her first trial, all going well, at Tamworth on Tuesday, 14th May. By first season sire, in OLYMPIC GLORY, she has shown steady progress with Geoff, and whilst it may be a tad too soon for her, the experience will stand her in […]
Lady Evelyn returned to racing this preparation finishing 6th over 1400m, at Randwick, on the Kensington track. Held up at vital stage, she hit the line strongly. Next up on Anzac Day, at Randwick, she rattled home late, over 1600m, to run 2nd. Newcastle beckoned but, in a race where they walked early, she was […]
CHUCK’N’PAUL followed on from his interference plagued first run this preparation, at Inverell, to just fail at Tamworth, finishing 3rd, beaten 1/2 length. Well ridden by Greg Ryan, he was flushed out earlier than wanted, prior to the corner, and felt the pinch with 50m to go. Has since suffered a setback with a bout […]
CHUCK’N’PAUL has been ultra consistent since moving to our Country trainer, Geoff O’Brien. He has had 7 starts for 6 top 5 finishes, including a win at Quirindi, and a 2nd at Mudgee. In between, a couple of rides that won’t make any highlight’s scrapbook, and some ordinary luck. Will go next to Tamworth on […]
